We are all on the battlefield even though we are fighting different kinds of battles, but this world is cruel and will not show any mercy to anyone. That is why Jesus said in John 16:33 NKJV “33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” Therefore, whatever you are going through please do not lose heart or be tempted to give up for the best is yet to come.
I pray that the Lord God the Almighty Jehovah remembers you this week and answers that long outstanding and stubborn prayer item for He is able to “do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.” Ephesians 3:20 NKJV. Therefore, please be encouraged by the story of Hanna in 1 Samuel chapter 1.
19 Then they rose early in the morning and worshiped before the Lord, and returned and came to their house at Ramah. And Elkanah knew Hannah his wife, and the Lord remembered her. 20 So it came to pass in the process of time that Hannah conceived and bore a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, “Because I have asked for him from the Lord.” 1 Samuel 1:19-20 NKJV
