Sometimes we choose unpleasant things just because we are familiar with the situation, but I am here to challenge you this morning and remind you that pain, hurt and abuse are not normal or acceptable. The moment you recognize the signs of manipulation and abuse, please love yourself enough to remove yourself from the toxic environment. Remember, Jesus said we will know His true disciples by their own fruits not by their gifts. Matthew 7:15-20. Therefore, be alert and choose the lighter burden!

25 At that time Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes. 26 Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. 27 All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. 28 Come to Me, all you who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

We thank God and salute those who managed to tap into their inner strength and trusted God to remove them from the “Egypt” of a relationship which is or was no longer a relationship, but had turned to a “situationship”
We pray for those who are still in denial that there’s no peace within.
We also pray for those who are still held by “what people are going to say if I leave” sharkles. May the Holly Spirit open and remove the mist in their minds, hearts, ears, & eyes for them to see their worth and know that Jesus loves them. ##phansi with Fake Love
