The beauty of community!

You cannot live life by yourself, and I am convinced that you cannot grow in isolation but in community, we grow from strength to strength. As we conclude Season 1, the last post will be my letter to thy God’s very best! 😊😊 😊

What an amazing love story for Boaz and Ruth! Apart from how they met and their brilliance, what fascinates me in Ruth 4:8-17 is the following that reminds me of Hebrews 12:1-3:

1. Boaz was bold about his decision, and he made it publicly in the presence of witnesses which was his community. Therefore, he was not living in isolation but in and with the community.
2. The presence of Boaz as an influential man is seen in how the community celebrates his decision to marry Ruth and buy the field from Naomi.
3. How the community supported and celebrated both Naomi and Ruth.

So, I want to challenge you today; apart from your biological family are you living and making an impact in the community? Do you demand to be seen or your absence is felt by your community when you’re not around? Above all things, is Christ seen in you for His love supersede Boaz’s love towards Ruth!
