I never realised the significance of this verse: “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 49:31 NKJV. However, in this season I have a clear understanding, as I trust God for the manifestation of His will and purpose for my life, I certainly pray for my strength to be renewed every day, as I do not want to step outside His will and purpose. Therefore, this morning, I want to pray for everyone going through a painful season of waiting for God’s purpose in their lives, as sometimes the waiting comes with anxiety and stress due to the unknown. I want to remind you to remain faithful and grounded in Abba Father’s promises listed in the Bible, for He will never fail you! Please be encouraged by the following scriptures:
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV
“For since the beginning of the world men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.” Isaiah 64:4 NKJV
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.” Matthew 24:35 NKJV
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28 NKJV
“Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.” Psalms 50:15 NKJV
Father God, help us not to move without Your guidance and may we trust You in our waiting season, knowing that You know what is best for us. “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” Matthew 7:11 NKJV
#May the Lord turn our pain into His purpose as we wait upon His promises!
#Abba Father, help us to trust You completely in our waiting!
#“But as it is written:
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9 NKJV
