I hear the shaking and contradicting voices. The greatest concern is not about the authenticity of our movement, but rather the fear of disrupting the charlatans’ bottom line. Our relevance threatens the charlatans’ legacy, and the Lord is saying, “Remember where you have been Phindy, and you have been here before.” Therefore, if you are in a season of transition, please expect opposition and scrutiny, where your weaknesses will be elevated to assassinate your character. However, I am here to tell you that no matter how hurtful, lonely, and disappointing the wilderness might be, please remain faithful to what Jehovah God has called you for and behave like a Christian, knowing that He is faithful who has called you! 1 Thessalonians 5:14 and Romans 4:20-21.
“Behave Like a Christian
9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. 10 Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; 11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; 12 rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; 13 distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality. 14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. 16 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. 17 Repay no one evil for evil. Haveregard for good things in the sight of all men. 18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. 19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. 20 Therefore, “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.” 21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12:9-21 NKJV
It is normal to be challenged, opposed, and persecuted for standing up for Jesus, and being called by God does not exempt you from the struggles of life. Remember, the Apostle Paul was called by God and was walking in righteousness, yet he was opposed. Therefore, who are you? No matter where you might find yourself beloved, remember Jehovah God will not allow you to be tempted beyond your strength. “13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13 NKJV
